Job summary

Allied Universal is hiring a Candidate Experience Specialist in San Jose, CA. You will ensure a standardized, exceptional candidate experience, acting as the face of the company to applicants in the market.

You will manage post-offer onboarding steps, schedule NEO, coordinate with site managers, and keep systems like iCIMS and DOMO up to date to move candidates efficiently through onboarding.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in a professional administrative environment.
• Able to focus and multi-task in a busy environment.
• Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and professionally.
• Effective management skills; coordinate with multiple employees.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and office tech.

Responsibilities

• Manage applicants in post-offer process for onboarding.
• Schedule Onboarding and New Employee Orientation (NEO).
• Contact candidates by phone, text, and email to confirm Orientation.
• Review DOMO and monitor applicant statuses through onboarding steps.
• Update iCIMS statuses after scheduling.
• Conduct On-the-Job Training (OJT) onboarding followups.
• Perform essential onboarding duties in absence of Onboarding Specialist.
