Job summary

Motorola Solutions is seeking a Project Manager - New Hire Enablement to lead onboarding and role-based training for the North America Services organization. You will design scalable learning journeys, conduct skills gap analyses, and facilitate training both virtually and in-person, accelerating readiness for project managers, customer support managers, and key technical roles.

The role requires 3+ years in enablement/training or related operations, with strong ADDIE/SAM/agile design methods,

Qualifications

• Strong instructional design background with experience creating technical learning collateral.
• Strong project management and organizational skills; able to track milestones and report enablement metrics.
• Highly collaborative with internal and external stakeholders.
• Strong written and oral communication to explain technical topics to diverse audiences.
• Experience designing, coordinating, or delivering corporate training programs for adults.

Responsibilities

• Oversee training content development and delivery for the North America Services Organization.
• Manage logistics of training programs, conferences, and events of all sizes.
• Own end-to-end event lifecycle from strategy to post-show reconciliation.
• Negotiate contracts with venues and third-party agencies for physical or virtual spaces.
• Track budgets, timelines, registrations, materials, and attendance.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment with leadership's strategic vision.
• Travel to event sites to oversee logistics and ensure a high-quality attendee experience.
• Evaluate training programs via surveys, feedback, and performance data for continuous improvement.
• Administer and maintain the LMS, including course uploads and reporting.
• Identify training gaps through needs assessments and translate requirements into actionable steps.
