Job summary

Motorola Solutions is seeking a Project Manager - New Hire Enablement to lead onboarding and role-based training for the North America Services organization, designing scalable learning paths for project managers, customer support leaders, and technical roles.

This role owns end-to-end learning journeys, conducts skills gap analyses, facilitates interactive training, and ensures field readiness for diverse teams. A proactive, data-driven leader will drive outcomes and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Strong instructional design background with ADDIE, SAM, or agile learning design.
• Strong project management and organizational skills with metrics.
• Highly collaborative with internal and external stakeholders.
• Excellent written and oral communication for technical/non-technical audiences.
• Detail-oriented with event planning and execution accuracy.
• Creative in developing innovative training solutions and strategies.
• Strong problem-solving abilities for event challenges.
• 3+ years in Enablement & Training or Operational SME roles.

Responsibilities

• Support development, coordination, and maintenance of North America training content.
• Manage logistics for training programs, conferences, events of all sizes.
• Own event lifecycle: strategy, contracts, planning, onsite execution, post-show reconciliation.
• Negotiate venue/agency contracts for physical or virtual spaces.
• Oversee scope, budgets, timelines, registrations, materials, equipment, attendance.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment with leadership vision.
• Travel to events to oversee logistics and ensure satisfaction.
• Evaluate training effectiveness via surveys, feedback, assessments, data.
• Lead process improvements with stakeholders and drive continuous learning.
• Administer LMS: upload courses, manage users, track progress, generate reports.
• Maintain training records and reporting on activity and costs.
• Conduct needs assessments to identify gaps and improvement opportunities.
• Translate business requirements into actionable steps.
