Job summary

Motorola Solutions in the United States is seeking a Project Manager - New Hire Enablement to lead onboarding and role-based training across the North America Services organization, virtual and in-person. You will design, scale, and own learning journeys for project managers, customer support managers, and technical roles to accelerate time-to-readiness.

The role requires instructional design expertise, strong PM skills, and a collaborative mindset.

Qualifications

• Proven instructional design expertise with ADDIE, SAM, or agile learning methods.
• Strong project management skills with ability to manage milestones and metrics.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience designing corporate training for adult learners.
• Experience collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop, coordinate, and maintain onboarding and role-based training programs.
• Design scalable learning journeys and assess field readiness.
• Manage logistics for training programs, conferences, and events.
• Administer and maintain the LMS, upload courses, track progress, and generate reports.
• Analyze training effectiveness and drive continuous improvements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align with leadership vision.
