Retell AI is seeking recent graduates to join as Forward Deployed Engineers in Redwood City, CA. You will split time between building production-quality voice AI solutions and working directly with enterprise customers to understand needs and drive production deployments.

You should have completed software engineering internships and be excited about startups, AI, and solving real customer problems. Strong communication and ownership will help you succeed in a fast-moving team.

Qualifications

• Recent software engineering graduate with internships or co-op experience preferred.
• Proficient in Python or JavaScript and comfortable with production code.
• Experience building integrations with enterprise systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build and launch voice AI solutions for enterprise customers.
• Write production code in Python, JavaScript, or similar languages.
• Build integrations with CRMs, ERPs, scheduling tools, and other systems.
• Work directly with customers to understand their needs and solve technical problems.
• Partner with sales on demos, prototypes, and technical discussions.
• Learn Retell's platform and become an expert in building voice AI agents.
• Turn customer feedback into product and engineering improvements.
