Retell is seeking new grad engineers to join as Forward Deployed Engineers, working with enterprise clients to design and launch voice AI solutions. You will split time between building production code and collaborating directly with customers to understand needs and deliver practical outcomes.

Ideal candidates are recent graduates with internships, a passion for startups, and a willingness to own projects end-to-end while explaining technical concepts clearly.

Qualifications

• Recent graduate with a strong technical background.
• Completed software/technical internships.
• Ability to code in Python or JavaScript.
• Interest in startups and fast-moving environments.
• Enjoys working directly with customers and explaining technical concepts.

Responsibilities

• Build and launch voice AI solutions for enterprise customers.
• Write production code in Python, JavaScript, or similar languages.
• Build integrations with CRMs, ERPs, scheduling tools, and other systems.
• Work directly with customers to understand their needs and solve technical problems.
• Partner with sales on demos, prototypes, and technical discussions.
• Learn Retell's platform and become an expert in building voice AI agents.
• Turn customer feedback into product and engineering improvements.
