Stealth Startup in Redwood City, CA seeks a Founding Senior Forward Deployed Engineer to deliver our voice AI solutions to enterprise clients, embedding with their teams to build production-ready systems.

You will bridge technical and non-technical stakeholders, drive end-to-end delivery from prototype to production, and shape our platform through customer insights. Visa sponsorship available; compensation includes cash and equity.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in customer-facing technical roles (e.g., Solutions Engineer, Technical PM, Customer Success/Support engineer, Ex-founder).
• Experience delivering voice AI projects to enterprise customers.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of projects using the company’s voice agent platform, from prototyping to production.
• Become go-to experts on building voice AI solutions and LLM prompting.
• Collaborate with sales to gather requirements, prototypes, and system designs.
• Scope projects, remove blockers, and align teams with concise updates.
• Codify reusable patterns into tools or platform components.
• Translate field feedback into actionable product and GTM recommendations.
