Job summary

Retell AI in Redwood City is seeking a forward deployed engineer for new graduates to build and launch voice AI solutions for enterprise clients. You will spend about half your time coding and half engaging with customers to understand needs and drive production deployments.

You will write production code in Python or JavaScript, create integrations with CRMs/ERPs and scheduling tools, and collaborate with sales on demos and technical discussions. Relocation and visa sponsorship are provided.

Qualifications

• Recent graduate with a strong technical background.
• Completed software engineering or similar internships.
• Able to code in Python, JavaScript, or similar languages.
• Interested in AI and real-world AI systems.

Responsibilities

• Build and launch voice AI solutions for enterprise customers.
• Write production code in Python, JavaScript, or similar languages.
• Develop integrations with CRMs, ERPs, scheduling tools, and other systems.
• Work directly with customers to understand needs and solve technical problems.
