You will join at the intersection of engineering, architecture, and customer implementation, designing and deploying scalable systems for voice AI and real-time media.

The role involves collaborating with customers to prototype solutions, design integrations, and navigate APIs, SDKs, and cloud infrastructure as teams scale from experimentation to production.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of backend or infrastructure engineering experience.
• Proficiency in Go, Python, Node, Rust, or C++.
• Experience with APIs, SDKs, distributed systems and cloud infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement real-time applications on the platform with customer teams.
• Architect scalable solutions for voice AI and real-time media use cases.
• Build prototype integrations, reference implementations, and samples.
• Guide customers on SDKs, APIs, infrastructure, and deployment strategies.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to improve developer experience.
