Qualifications

• 2+ years in customer-facing technical roles (e.g., Solutions Engineer, Technical PM).
• Excellent communication and ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Experience delivering systems in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
• Understanding of LLM-powered systems and their impact on user experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of projects using the company's voice agent platform, from prototyping to production.
• Become go-to experts on building voice AI solutions, especially LLM prompting tips & tricks.
• Partner with sales to engage clients, gather requirements, prototype demos, and present designs.
• Scope projects, resolve blockers, and keep teams aligned with updates.
• Codify reusable patterns into tools or platform components.
• Translate field feedback into actionable product and GTM recommendations.
• Manage risk and maintain momentum in fast-paced settings.
