Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree completed (not in progress).
• Strong software engineering fundamentals.
• Experience with backend development, APIs, AI tooling, or full-stack applications.

Responsibilities

• Design and build internal and external AI systems powering hiring, selling, operations, and scaling.
• Build production-grade AI workflows, automations, and AI agent systems.
• Ship code to production and work directly with founders and experienced engineers.
