Decagon is hiring a New Grad Member of Technical Staff to join one of four engineering teams that build the systems behind our AI agents. Engineers own their work end to end, delivering scalable solutions that impact millions of users.

This role targets new grads graduating between December 2026 and July 2027, with in-office opportunities in San Francisco or New York. Candidates should have a CS BS or higher, strong Python and TypeScript skills, and a track record of building and shipping

Qualifications

Pursuing or completing a B.S. in Computer Science or related technical field, graduating between December 2026 and July 2027.
Proficiency with Python, TypeScript, and asynchronous programming.
Track record of building and shipping high-quality products through coursework, internships, or personal projects.
Comfort digging into system failures across deep technology stacks using whatever tool the problem calls for.
Experience using AI coding agents as part of development.
Excitement to thrive in a fast-paced environment, continuously learn, and sharpen your skills.
