Siemens is launching a two-year Operations Leadership Development Program for new graduates, starting January 2027. You will rotate through four six-month assignments at Siemens U.S. manufacturing facilities, including Grand Prairie, TX; Fort Worth, TX; Broken Arrow, OK; and other sites nationwide.

You will gain hands-on manufacturing exposure, mentorship, and leadership experience to accelerate your career. The program requires relocation for each rotation (domestic).
