Job summary

Siemens is seeking new graduates for the two-year Operations Leadership Development Program in its Smart Infrastructure Electrical Products division. The program requires relocation for four six-month rotations across multiple U.S.

sites, with a start date in early January 2027. Participants will gain hands-on experience in manufacturing, supply chain, and digital initiatives while building leadership and technical skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant engineering or manufacturing discipline.
• Willingness to relocate domestically for each rotation and travel as required.
• Eligible to work in the United States on a permanent basis without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Participate in a two-year rotational program across Siemens U.S. manufacturing facilities.
• Contribute to manufacturing operations, process improvement, and supply chain activities.
