Job summary

Siemens is seeking new graduates to join the two-year Operations Leadership Development Program within the Smart Infrastructure Electrical Products division. The start date is July 2027, with four rotations at different U.S.

locations including Grand Prairie, TX; Fort Worth, TX; Broken Arrow, OK; Pendergrass, GA; Roebuck, SC; Hingham, MA; and Pomona, CA. The program offers hands-on manufacturing exposure, mentorship, and career path exploration.

Qualifications

• Eligible to begin full-time employment in July 2027.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant engineering or supply chain field.
• Willing and able to relocate domestically for each rotation (relocation assistance provided if >50 miles).
• Legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Participate in a four-rotation program across Siemens U.S. manufacturing facilities.
• Identify process improvements and drive operational excellence across rotations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize manufacturing and supply chain operations.
• Develop technical and professional skills through mentorship, networking, and targeted projects.
• Rotate through manufacturing engineering, supply chain, and digitalization initiatives.
