Job summary

Banner Health's New Nurse Experience program recruits new grads into a full-time RN role on a surgical unit in Casper, WY. You will participate in a structured residency, mentored by experienced staff, to transition from student to professional nurse.

New grads work three 12-hour night shifts with weekend/holiday rotations and have access to a comprehensive benefits package and professional development opportunities within Banner Health.

Qualifications

• Recent or upcoming graduation from an accredited nursing program.
• BSN is preferred, ADN may be considered at select locations.
• Current BLS certification or ability to obtain before start date.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care on a medical-surgical unit.
• Assess, plan, implement and evaluate nursing care.
• Document care and communicate with the care team.
