Qualifications

• Must possess a current RN license in state of practice.

• Experience in the clinical area for which applying is desired.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient physical, psychological, social, spiritual, educational, developmental, cultural and discharge planning needs.
• Formulate a plan of care and discharge planning.
• Implement the plan of care and supervise care delivery by the health team.
• Evaluate patient progress and revise the plan as needed.
• Document care activities and patient responses in the medical record.
