Boston Medical Center (BMC) offers a New Graduate Nurse Residency program to assist newly licensed nurses in transitioning to practice. After orientation, RNs will join the Surgical Step Down (IMCU) unit with a two-year commitment following training.

The position requires active BLS/CPR, flu vaccination prior to start, and MA RN licensure in good standing. Compensation range is provided and total rewards include comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• BLS/CPR for Healthcare Providers required.
• Flu vaccination required prior to start.
• Registration and current MA RN licensure in good standing preferred before start date.
