Boston Medical Center (BMC) invites applications for a New Graduate RN Residency in the Surgical Step Down (IMCU) unit. The program begins in March 2027, with a 36-hour night schedule and a four-month training period before assuming a Step Down unit assignment.

Eligible candidates are new graduates with RN licensure in MA, active BLS/CPR, and a commitment of two years post-orientation for critical care tracks. Equal opportunity employer; comprehensive benefits offered.

Responsabilités

• Assess, diagnose, plan, intervene, evaluate and coordinate patient care.
