Job summary

Banner Health offers a structured New Nurse Experience RN Residency Program designed to transition new graduates into fully competent registered nurses within the Neuro-Stroke Progressive Care Unit in Mesa, AZ. Qualifications

• Recent or upcoming graduation from an accredited nursing program.
• Current BLS card (through AHA, Red Cross, or ASHI) or ability to obtain before start date.
• No more than 12 months of RN experience.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient needs and develop/adjust care plans.
• Provide direct patient care and supervise activities of the nursing team.
• Document assessments, plans, and patient responses accurately in the medical record.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to ensure quality patient care.
