Banner Health's New Nurse Experience program in Mesa, AZ offers a full‑time RN residency on the Neuro-Stroke Progressive Care Unit with mentoring, simulation training, and development opportunities.

New grads will work three 12‑hour shifts with day and night rotations; candidates must graduate from an accredited program, hold a current BLS, and reside within commuting distance of the facility.

Qualifications

• Recent or upcoming graduation from an accredited nursing program.
• Current BLS card or ability to obtain certification before start date.
• No more than 12 months of RN experience.

Responsibilities

• Assesses, plans, implements, evaluates and documents nursing care of patients.
• Provides care in accordance with nursing standards and organizational policies.
