Job summary

Banner Health is hiring for a New Graduate RN Residency Program in Mesa, AZ. This full-time role supports new grads transitioning to professional nursing within the Progressive Care Unit (PCU 5W).

You will be clinically mentored, complete preceptorships, and rotate through shifts including weekends and nights. Successful candidates will have recently graduated from an accredited nursing program, hold BLS, and have 0–12 months RN experience.

Qualifications

• Recent nursing graduate from an accredited program
• BLS certification required or obtainable before start date
• No more than 12 months of RN experience

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement and evaluate nursing care for assigned patients.
• Develop discharge plans with patient/family input.
• Document nursing assessments and interventions in the patient record.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to provide safe, evidence-based care.
