Job summary

Banner Health’s New Nurse Experience (NNE) Residency Program in Tucson, AZ is seeking a recent nursing graduate to join a collaborative, mentored learning environment. This full-time RN role supports transition from student to professional nurse with unit-based preceptorship and comprehensive onboarding.

Qualifications

• Recent or Upcoming graduation from an accredited nursing program
• BSN preferred, ADN acceptable at select locations
• Current BLS certification

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, evaluate and document nursing care for assigned patients.
• Coordinate discharge planning and collaborate with multidisciplinary team.
• Provide patient and family education and support.
• Maintain documentation in line with policies and standards.
• Mentor and precept new nurses when applicable.
• Promote quality and safety through evidence-based practice.

Education

Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred
