Endeavor Health is offering RN New Graduate Residency Programs across multiple hospital locations in Illinois. This structured program supports newly licensed nurses through clinical orientation, classroom education, simulation, mentorship, and evidence-based practice to transition into professional practice.

Programs include Cardiac Telemetry, Medical Oncology, Pulmonary Medicine, Ortho/Spine, Surgical Care, and Critical Care with hands-on clinical rotations and potential specialty placements

Qualifications

• Must have BSN or higher preferred; ADN may be considered with BSN within 5 years.
• Current CPR/BLS certification and Illinois RN license or eligibility.
• Licensure requirements must be met prior to start.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, professional nursing care per state laws and hospital policy.
• Participate in orientation, classroom education, and simulations.
• Develop bedside skills through supervised practice and hands-on learning.
• Document care in electronic health records and use clinical equipment accurately.
• Recognize patient condition changes and respond promptly and effectively.
• Collaborate with interprofessional team to ensure quality patient outcomes.
