Job summary

Endeavor Health offers RN New Graduate Residency Programs across multiple hospitals in Illinois, including Edward, Elmhurst, Evanston, Glenbrook, Highland Park, Northwest Community, Skokie, and more. The March 15, 2027 cohort provides clinical orientation, classroom education, simulation, mentorship, and QI projects to help new grads transition into professional practice.

Program features include full-time schedules, rotating days and weekends, and site-specific placements in Cardiac Telemetry,

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing or higher preferred.
• ADN-prepared nurses may be considered with hospital approval.
• BSN within five years of starting RN position.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, professional nursing care in accordance with state laws and hospital policies.
• Participate in clinical orientation, classroom education, simulation, and group discussion.
• Develop bedside skills through supervised practice and experiential learning.
• Use clinical equipment and electronic health records appropriately.
• Recognize changes in patient condition and respond effectively.
• Progress toward clinical judgment and critical thinking.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and the interprofessional team.
• Collaborate to promote safe and timely care and participate in quality improvement.

Education

BSN preferred

ADN considered with BSN within 5 yrs
