Job summary

North Country Healthcare is seeking a Registered Nurse - New Graduate to participate in a structured orientation and mentorship program, gaining hands-on training and simulation experiences. The position offers a commencement bonus of $7,500 with half at hire and half after six months of continuous employment, and an anticipated hourly range of $41.39/hr - $51.80/hr - $55.94/hr.

Final compensation depends on experience and qualifications.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program with an ADN or BSN.
• Current RN license or eligibility to obtain in the practicing state.
• BLS or Heartsaver CPR AED certification and renewal on schedule.
• Must pass NCLEX within 6 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Participate in formal orientation with hands-on training and simulation.
• Deliver patient care under supervision of experienced nurses.
• Engage in simulation training to develop clinical decision-making skills.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to implement care plans.
• Document care in electronic medical records and maintain confidentiality.
