Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program (ADN/BSN).
• Current LPN or RN license or eligibility to obtain RN license in the state of practice.
• BLS or Heartsaver CPR AED certification and renewal.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a healthcare team.

Responsibilities

• Participate in formal orientation with hands-on training and simulation.
• Deliver patient care under supervision of experienced nurses.
• Engage in simulation training to refine clinical skills.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to implement patient care plans.
• Monitor and document vital signs and report changes to the team.
• Educate patients and families on conditions and post-care steps.
• Assist with procedures and equipment as needed.
