Job summary

Banner Health is offering a full-time RN residency in Casper, WY for new graduates. The New Nurse Experience (NNE) provides a mentored transition from student to professional nurse with dedicated educators and structured clinical exposure.

Successful candidates will be placed in a Medical‑Surgical unit, undergo competency assessments, and gain hands-on experience with the Cerner EMR, simulation training, and ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

• Recent or Upcoming graduation from an accredited nursing program

Responsibilities

• Clinical experiences with a preceptor
• Training in our state‑of‑the‑art Banner Simulation Center
• Competency and skills assessment and verification
• Orientation to the Cerner electronic medical health record system
