Our Float Pool provides patient care, support, and cares for a variety of patients on Medical Surgical units, working with a multidisciplinary team to enhance the patient experience.

New Grad RN candidates open to December and January grads must have NC RN licensure and BLS; we offer a Float Pool premium, paid orientation, relocation assistance, tuition support, and ongoing

Qualifikationen

• Graduation from an accredited Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing OR Associate's Degree in Nursing OR Nursing Diploma program.
• All RNs without a Bachelor’s degree must enroll in an appropriate BSN program within two years and complete within seven years of start date.

• Provide patient care across Medical-Surgical units within the Float Pool.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to support patient needs and care plans.
• Document assessments, plans, interventions, and evaluations in the electronic health record.
