Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited RN program (ADN, Diploma, or BSN).
• Minimum 1 year of RN experience in Intermediate/Stepdown or acute care preferred.
• Active RN license in NC or compact state; BLS required; ACLS/NIH/CPI preferred.

Responsabilités

• Deliver high-quality patient-centered care across Intermediate and Stepdown units.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and participate in patient rounds.
• Manage patient assignments with acuity-based ratios (1:3 to 1:6).
• Support care environment with Charge Nurses, CNAs, and HUCs.
• Plan, deliver, and evaluate nursing care using the nursing process and mentor peers.
