Amrize seeks a Build For Growth Process Engineer I at the Ada Cement Plant in Oklahoma. You will join a 14-month development program designed to give new graduate engineers foundational knowledge across core plant operations. The role focuses on process improvement, control automation, and data reporting.

Ideal candidates have a chemical engineering background, 0–3 years of experience, and comfort with SAP reporting and TIS. Travel up to 5% is expected as part of duties.

Qualifications

• ChemE is the preferred field.
• 0-3 years of work experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Willing to travel up to 5%.

Responsabilités

• Analyze plant operations and recommend process improvements with cost/benefit analysis.
• Develop process control automation and computer applications for process control.
• Prepare reports on operating efficiency and failure investigations.
• Perform tests on plant systems to determine equipment efficiencies.
• Support environmental and quality compliance at the plant.
