Amrize North America Inc. is seeking a Build For Growth Process Engineer I at the Ada Cement Plant, OK, to start a developmental program with 14 months of cement plant operations experience. You will contribute to process improvements and learn main operational areas across cement production.

The role targets new graduates with chemical engineering background and 0-3 years of experience, offering a structured program and safety-focused culture on site in Ada, OK.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Degree field preferred in chemical engineering or related.

Responsibilities

• Analyze plant operations and recommend process improvements with cost/benefit analysis.
• Develop process control automation and computer applications for process control.
• Prepare reports on operating efficiencies and failure investigations.
• Test plant systems to determine equipment efficiencies.
• Support environmental and quality performance compliance at the plant.
• Train shift supervisors on SAP reporting and TIS.
• Assist with new system implementations (e.g., TIS).
• Participate in ISO audits and month-end activity reporting.
• Promote safety and health policies across work environments.
