Job summary

Amrize is seeking a Build For Growth Process Engineer I to advance cement plant operations and participate in the Build4Growth program. You will contribute to process improvements, automation, and environmental compliance while gaining hands-on experience in key operational areas.

The role includes training on SAP reporting, TIS, and ISO audits, with a 14-month blended learning path designed for new graduate engineers. Location is Ste. Genevieve Cement MO, on-site.

Qualifications

• Field of Study Preferred: Chemical Engineering.
• Required Work Experience: 0-3 years
• Required Computer and Software Skills: Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
• Travel Requirements: 5%

Responsibilities

• Analyze plant operations and identify process improvements.
• Develop process control automation and software tools.
• Prepare reports on operating efficiency and fault investigations.
• Test plant systems to determine equipment efficiency.
• Support management to maintain environmental and quality compliance.
• Train supervisors on SAP reporting and TIS.
• Assist with new system implementations (e.g., TIS).
• Support ISO audits and month-end reporting.
• Commit to health, safety, and environmental policies.
