Job summary

IMEG Corporation in St. Louis, MO is hiring a Mechanical Engineering New Graduate to support HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection system design with mentorship and hands-on experience. You’ll work on healthcare-focused MEP projects, advancing high-performance and energy-efficient building systems.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, assist in project planning, and grow your expertise from day one while meeting client expectations and project goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• Internship in building design consulting preferred.
• Engineer-In-Training certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist design/analysis of HVAC, plumbing, fire protection per codes and IMEG standards.
• Interact with clients to gather requirements and communicate technical details.
• Support project teams and help meet deadlines and objectives.
• Document design decisions and monitor progress with senior staff.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver integrated solutions.
• Contribute to safety and quality control processes on projects.
