This entry‑level role supports the analysis, design, and oversight of mechanical systems for the building industry, with hands‑on design, analysis, and project execution experience, plus mentorship and training from day one. You’ll collaborate with senior engineers, interact with clients, and contribute to safety, standards, and innovation.

Qualifications

• BS in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent required.
• Prior internship in building design consulting preferred.
• EIT certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in design and analysis of HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection systems per codes.
• Interact with clients to understand needs and communicate technical information clearly.
• Build and maintain client relationships through professional communication.
• Support consulting projects as part of a project team.
• Assist in project planning and scheduling to meet deadlines.
• Document design decisions and monitor progress with guidance from senior staff.
• Analyze low to medium complexity tasks and propose practical solutions.
• Collaborate with engineers and architects to deliver integrated solutions.
