Qualifications

• BS in Mechanical Engineering required.
• EIT certification required.
• Knowledge of design techniques and technical plans.
• Thermodynamics, psychrometrics, heat transfer and fluid mechanics knowledge for mechanical systems in buildings.
• Knowledge of HVAC load calculation software.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team.
• Attention to detail and problem solving.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
• Basic knowledge of BIM.
• Proficient with MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the design and analysis of HVAC, plumbing and fire protection systems to create designs and calculations.
• Interact with clients to understand needs and communicate technical information.
• Build and maintain client relationships through professional communication.
• Work as part of a project team to support consulting projects.
• Assist in project planning and scheduling to meet deadlines.
• Document design decisions and instructions from clients while monitoring progress.
• Analyze low to medium complexity engineering tasks and propose solutions.
• Collaborate with senior engineers to develop practical solutions.
• Contribute to IMEG quality control processes and standards compliance.
• Stay updated on industry trends and safety practices, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.
