Job summary

Northpoint Recovery is seeking a NEW GRAD Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for full-time day shifts in Loveland, CO. The LPN will oversee medical services for a patient caseload, coordinating treatment plans and discharge planning under supervision.

Responsibilities include medication administration, patient education, and collaboration with a multidisciplinary team to ensure high-quality care. Benefits and a supportive work environment are offered.

Qualifications

• Current, unencumbered LPN license in the state where services are rendered.
• Must be at least twenty-one (21) years old.
• Current CPR/First Aid/AED certification.
• Knowledge of computer and EMR systems; KIPU preferred.
• Enthusiasm and passion for helping people and improving lives.
• Maintain licensure requirements throughout employment.
• Ability to work with a diverse population and build rapport.

Responsibilities

• Interact with patients and report observations to the multidisciplinary team.
• Administer medications and engage in patient education.
• Use de-escalation techniques to maintain safety for patients and staff.
• Provide admission, orientation, education and discharge plans.
• Collaborate on treatment and discharge planning with the team.
• Maintain a clean, safe environment and report maintenance needs.
• Record vital signs and document in the patient record.
• Maintain professional boundaries with patients at all times.
• Support QA, compliance, and reimbursement coordination as needed.
• Adhere to all policies, procedures, and confidentiality standards.
