Job summary

Austin Bridge & Road is seeking Entry Level / New Grad Engineers for various projects in the Dallas/Fort Worth, Texas area. The role involves performing a variety of entry‑level engineering and administrative duties across Operations, Estimating, Survey, Scheduling, and Engineering to provide exposure to multiple components of the business.

The position requires a bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management (or equivalent) and proficiency with Microsoft Office; CAD drafting

Qualifications

• Recent graduate with degree by Aug 2026–May 2027.
• Proficient in MS Office; CAD drafting familiarity expected.
• Strong communication and multitasking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Assist Project Controls with training coordination and policy updates.
• Help create and update project and bid schedules; assist in scheduling efforts.
• Perform plan reading, survey calculations, and use surveying equipment.
• Support engineering tasks: earthwork calculations, shop drawing review, basic formwork design.
• Assist in estimating: quantity surveys, subcontractor/bid evaluations, site reviews.
• Read and interpret drawings/specs; demonstrate basic engineering principles for heavy civil projects.
