Job summary

Austin Bridge & Road in the Dallas/Fort Worth area is seeking Entry Level / New Grad Engineers. The role provides exposure to Operations, Estimating, Survey, Scheduling, and Engineering, supporting project controls, scheduling and field operations.

Ideal candidates are recent graduates in Civil Engineering or Construction Management with strong communication and time-management skills. The position offers growth across multiple departments in a major U.S. contractor.

Qualifications

• New/recent college graduate (Aug 2026–May 2027).
• Prioritizes tasks with strong time management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to multi-task.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Assist in Project Controls, scheduling and survey tasks.
• Coordinate training activities and policy compliance.
• Support field teams with estimates, planning and layout.
• Prepare basic design of formwork and supporting calculations.
• Perform earthwork calculations and CAD drafting.
