Job summary

Austin Bridge & Road, a division of Austin Industries, seeks entry-level/new graduate engineers for the Austin/San Antonio, Texas area. The role spans Operations, Estimating, Survey, Scheduling, and Engineering to expose you to multiple business components.

Recent graduates will support project controls, scheduling, surveying, and CAD drafting, gaining hands-on experience in heavy civil highway construction within a legacy employee-owned company.

Qualifications

• New/recent college graduate (August 2026 – May 2027).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Assist Project Controls with coordinating training and compliance activities.
• Help create project schedules and update Earned Value metrics.
• Plan reading and survey calculations; CAD drafting and formwork design support.
