Job summary

Austin Bridge & Road is seeking entry-level/new graduate engineers for Dallas/Fort Worth, Texas projects. You will perform a variety of engineering and administrative duties across Operations, Estimating, Survey, Scheduling, and Engineering to gain exposure to multiple components of the business.

Responsibilities span Project Controls, Scheduling, Surveying, Engineering, and Estimating with an emphasis on training, policy compliance, and hands-on field support.

Qualifications

• New/recent college graduate (August 2026 – May 2027).
• Able to prioritize tasks and projects effectively, with excellent time management, organization, and prioritization skills to accomplish desired results.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must be detail-oriented, able to multi-task and meet critical deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate training activities for the Project Controls Department.
• Assist in development and presentation of training materials.
• Aid in the update of TAW2 policies and procedures.
• Perform TAW2 policy compliance and assist project teams.
• Assist in creating project and bid schedules and update schedules.
• Read and interpret owner drawings and specifications for ABR staff and subcontractors.
• CAD drafting and basic engineering calculations.
• Assist in earthwork calculations and formwork/false work design.
