Abbott is seeking a Sales Development Manager for Infectious Disease Diagnostics in the New England region (CT/RI/MA/NH/ME). You will drive new business with hospitals and labs, develop territory plans, and manage the full sales cycle from lead gen to close.

You will travel within the territory and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored diagnostic solutions that meet customer needs and achieve growth targets.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 4+ years proven sales experience.
• Track record of success with competitive conversions.
• Problem solving, complex selling, planning and execution.
• Willingness to travel 4 days/week, up to ~50% overnight travel.

Responsabilidades

• Drive new business growth by identifying, prospecting, and converting zero-billing and competitive accounts within the assigned territory.
• Develop and execute strategic territory plans using market insights and data analytics to maximize opportunities.
• Manage full sales cycle from lead generation to close and transition.
• Maintain an accurate sales pipeline, account plans, and revenue forecasts.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver customer-focused solutions.
• Build relationships with healthcare professionals and key decision-makers while communicating Abbott's value.
