Altera is seeking a Field Sales Engineer for the New England region, based in Greater Boston. You will lead engagements with select customers, generate FPGA design opportunities, and guide customer teams from architecture discussions through design win to production.

You will build strategic plans, expand major accounts, and own regional targets while collaborating with marketing, operations, and applications engineering to accelerate design-in success in the US market.

Formación

• Bachelor’s Degree in a technical field.
• 10+ years of technical frontline outside sales experience of semiconductor solutions.
• Residence in Greater Boston.
• Knowledge of the New England technology customers and market.

Responsabilidades

• Build and expand relationships at major accounts to generate new opportunities and secure design wins.
• Lead strategic sales motions and initiatives to increase Altera’s market presence.
• Develop account plans and strategies to increase Altera’s market share.
• Own regional sales targets across new opportunities, design wins, and revenue.
• Maintain accurate Salesforce pipeline visibility and deliver reliable forecasting.
• Collaborate with marketing, operations, and applications engineering to accelerate customer support and design-in success.
• Represent Altera at customer meetings, technical discussions, and local industry events to strengthen our brand and influence in the region.
