Qualifications

• Two years of experience with Republic Services or similar role.
• No crashes or injuries in the past two years.
• No disciplinary actions in the preceding 12 months.

Responsibilities

• Acclimates new drivers to job demands during shadowing.
• Instructs on property driving skills, safety, and vehicle inspection.
• Provides feedback to management on driver progress and readiness.
• Completes required paperwork documenting trainee progress.
• Performs primary driver duties when not training a new hire.
