Qualifications

• 1-2 years of customer service and sales experience.
• Strong social media skills with knowledge of current digital marketing trends.
• High-energy and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent customer service skills, warm, friendly and helpful in person and on the phone.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Available to work evenings and weekends.
• Ability to embody Cardinal Culture and Core Values.

Responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospective clients, present leasing office and materials, close the sale.
• Earn Cardinal Way of Leasing certification and pass required shops.
• Train Full Time and Part Time Leasing Team Members in all duties.
• Handle incoming calls professionally from prospects, clients, internal teams or vendors.
• Process lease applications and notify results.
• Maintain the temporary office and tour route for curb appeal.
• Plan and execute a Monthly Marketing Plan including events and marketing activities.
• Create partnerships with local businesses and national vendors for branding.
• Manage and analyze the community's social media campaigns and engagement.
• Maintain online reputation through reviews and surveys.
