Job summary

American Driver is seeking new CDL grads to enter a hands-on training program with an experienced mentor for 4 to 6 weeks.

You will earn $850 weekly during training, then move into solo driver pay with weekly pay between $1,300 and $1,500. Top performers exceed $1,800 weekly, with safety bonuses available.

Qualifications

• A valid Class A CDL is required.
• At least 120 hours of CDL training completed.
• No more than 2 moving violations in 2 years.
• No serious violations in last 12 months.
• No major preventable accidents in past 5 years.
• Clean hair and urine drug test.

Responsibilities

• Run pre-trip and post-trip inspections every time.
• Keep ELD logs accurate and up to date.
• Handle pickups and deliveries on schedule.
• Stay professional with dispatch and customers on the road.
