Job summary

NIS EXPRESS is seeking entry-level CDL-A drivers for a structured training program that pays weekly from day one. You'll learn through a four to six week hands-on training with a seasoned mentor, on real routes, not classrooms. After solo, you’ll move to full pay with guaranteed $1,000 per week for the first 3 months.

The route stays east of I-35, no NYC, 2,200–2,800 miles weekly, and home on a regular cadence. Riders and pets are welcome; orientation paid, travel and lodging arranged.

Qualifications

• CDL-A license and 120+ training hours completed.
• Active DOT medical card and clean background.
• Age 21+ and eligible for pre-employment drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Complete 4–6 weeks of training with a driver mentor.
• Learn trip planning, backing and log compliance.
• Maintain safety and on-time delivery during solo runs.
• Understand dispatch communications and route execution.
