Job summary

American Driver is seeking CDL-A holders for a start-to-finish training program with 4 to 6 weeks of one-on-one mentorship before you go solo.

During training you will earn $850 per week; after switching to solo driving typical weekly gross runs $1,300–$1,500, with the top 20% earning $1,800+ weekly.

No-touch dry van freight, regional routes, company-paid tolls and fuel, 24/7 dispatch, and home time weekly or bi-weekly.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL is required.
• At least 120 hours of CDL-school training completed.
• Clean driving record with no major violations in the last 5 years.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a Class A tractor-trailer.
• Haul no-touch dry van freight on regional routes.
• Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections.
• Maintain accurate ELD logs.
• Communicate professionally with dispatch and customers.
• Complete pickups and deliveries safely and on time.
