Team Gillman in Houston is seeking energetic automotive sales professionals to join our team. This role rewards high performers who can turn inquiries into purchases and build lifetime customers through superior service.

You will follow the dealership sales process, manage inventories, demonstrate vehicles, and collaborate with sales leadership to drive market share. Familiarity with CRM software is a plus; prior sales training is welcome.

Qualifications

• Experience in automotive sales or related field preferred.
• Ability to provide excellent customer service and close deals.

Responsibilities

• Understand and implement dealership sales process.
• Own every aspect of the sales process from prospecting to delivery.
• Present and demonstrate inventory to customers.
• Review and manage daily inventory reports.
• Develop strategies to increase market share.
• Prepare monthly plans with sales leadership.
• Maintain CSI, Gross Average and monthly dealership units.
