Job summary
Team Gillman Honda North is seeking dynamic Sales Consultants to join our automotive sales team in Houston, TX. We provide training and leads to empower you to excel in selling and customer service. You will own the full sales cycle from prospecting to vehicle delivery, while leveraging CRM tools to optimize follow-up and customer relationships.

Qualifications
- Experience and/or education in sales is a plus.
- Familiarity with automotive sales processes is beneficial.
- Strong communication and customer service mindset required.
Responsibilities
- Understand and implement dealership sales process.
- Own every aspect of the sales process from prospecting to vehicle delivery.
- Present and demonstrate inventory to customers.
- Review and manage daily inventory reports.
- Create strategies to increase market share.
- Prepare monthly plans with sales leadership.
- Maintain CSI, gross average and monthly units targets.
- Stay up-to-date on products and market trends.
- Must be familiar with CRM software.
